To request a reservation please fill out and send us the form with your personal data, indication of the type of room and period you intend to rent.

Your request will be considered and in case of availability, for the specified dates, we will reply sending you the information regarding the procedures for booking confirmation.

Booking Conditions

Booking confirmation requires the payment of a deposit. The amount of the deposit corresponds to one month’s rent and must be paid by bank transfer.

The deposit will be returned on the last day of your stay.

Please be advised that we will not refund the deposit in case of:

• Short notice cancellation – 15 days before the starting date of the rental contract
• Not full compliance to the terms of the contract, like early departure or non-payment of all the monthly rents, etc
• Damages caused by you or your guests to the house and/or its equipment

To complete the confirmation process you must send us an e-mail with the proof of payment and a copy of a personal identification document (passport or id-card).

Important: Please note that our contracts are monthly paid no matter the check-in or check-out dates.
