Casa Alfacinha is located in a typical building of the XIX century, on one of the main avenues of Lisbon’s multicultural heart – the Anjos/Arroios neighbourhood.
With a metro station and bus stop right at the door, one can easily reach the airport, several universities, central train stations, cinemas, theaters, as well as some of the areas of interest, such as Saldanha, Alameda, Intendente, Graça, the Castle of São Jorge, Alfama, The Downtown, the River, Chiado and Bairro Alto.

Casa Alfacinha has several apartments, each with 5 rooms, of different types, and 3 common areas, for a shared experience – living room, kitchen and laundry area.
All Rental contracts are written in the name of the person who will inhabit Casa Alfacinha, in accordance with the Portuguese law, and include the corresponding monthly expense receipts.
We only accept bookings for a minimum period of 4 months.
